KLAMATH FALLS & KLAMATH COUNTY: My home base. You get lakes, Crater Lake country, and everything from in-town homes to working ranches and horse property with room to spread out.

LAKEVIEW & LAKE COUNTY: High-desert ranch country with big skies and small-town pace. A good fit if you want real acreage and real quiet, about 96 miles east of Klamath Falls.

MEDFORD, ASHLAND & JACKSON COUNTY: The Rogue Valley has shopping, healthcare, wineries and culture. You'll find established neighborhoods, newer builds, and hillside and acreage homes with valley views.

GRANTS PASS & JOSEPHINE COUNTY: A river town on the Rogue with a relaxed pace. The county has wooded acreage, rural homesteads and in-town homes, about 30 miles from Medford.

SISKIYOU COUNTY, CA: Yreka, Mt. Shasta, Dorris and Tulelake. You get mountain towns, farm ground and ranch land just over the line, and I'm licensed in California too.

MODOC COUNTY, CA: Alturas and wide-open northeastern California. Ranches, acreage and small-town living, about 100 miles from Klamath Falls.
